1, Arrival at SEU
Please Print the following Registration Address Card and show it to your taxi driver in need:
Rm. 401, College of Int’l Students, which is located at the 4th floor of the building attached to SOUTHEAST UNIVERSITY Chengyuan Graduates Dorm, 90 Chengxian St., NanJing
If you come to Nanjing by air:
The Taxi fare to go from Nanjing Lukou Int’l Airport to the above registration place is around RMB120.
If you come to Nanjing by train:
The Taxi fare to go to the above registration place from Nanjing Train Station is about RMB20.
There will be posters at the gate welcoming the new students if you arrive within the appointed time. You may check in at Liuyuan(http://www.liuyuanhotel.com/) at your own expense if you arrive on holidays or at nighttime.
如果你是在规定时间内到达，我们大门口会有显著的迎接新同学的标识。如果你在非工作日或夜间到校，请入住学校榴园宾馆(http://www.liuyuanhotel.com/)，费用自理。
2. Registration at the Int’l Students Office
Apply for SEU Campus ID, get onto Internet, CSC-supported students get one-off settlement subsidy, self-supported students pay tuition and accomodation fees.
办理校园一卡通，上网，公费生领取入学安置费，自费生交纳学费，住宿费。
Give the Admission Notice and Form JW202（or 201）to the Int’l Students Office. Fill out the New Students Rigistration Form
3. Settling Down
CIS will designate a room for each new student after the email for confirmation has been received. New students are supposed to go to each building reception desk for check-in formalities according to the Student No. on the Admission Notification after their arrival at SEU. More information please visit "Housing Affairs" in this website.
在收到学生的确认邮件后，我们会为每位新生在相应校区指定一个房间，到校后，学生直接到各楼管理员处，按录取通知书上学号办理入住手续．更多信息请访问本网站Housing Affairs栏目．
4. Physical Examination and Resident Permit
Check the type of your visa. If you hold an X visa, you should go to Jiangsu Entry-Exit Inspection & Quarantine Bureau for a physical examination or just present the confirmation of your physical examination report which you got in your own country.
Take along all the following documents to the police station for getting a resident permit:
(1) Passport;
(2) Copy of your Visa, including the stamp of admission at the frontier;
(3) One ID photo, with white background;
(4) The report of Jiangsu Entry-Exit Inspection & Quarantine Bureau;
(5) Resident permit application paper;
(6) JW201/202 ;
(7) Registration form of accommodation;
(8) Fee：1 or 2 yrs: RMB400/yr; 3 - 5 yrs: RMB1000.

Note:You must finish the above procedures within 30 days upon your arrival in China.
