2021 Summer Holiday is scheduled from August 30th 2021 to Oct 10th 2021.
Regarding to the current epidemic prevention situation, if you intend to leave the dormitory areas during the holiday, please apply to your dormitory managers in advance before Aug 30th, submit application form and commitment letter. You cannot leave without approval. This requirement is COMPULSORY! Violators will face disciplinary action.
Please note that you are suggested not to leave Nanjing unless it is necessary. Students who leave the dorm during the summer vacation are not allowed to return to the dorm for any reason before Oct 10th 2021. Therefore, before deciding to leave school, please consider thoughtfully and make sure that you are able to stay outside of the school during the entire summer vacation with suitable accommodation and sufficient living expenses.
Also, please pay attention to the epidemic prevention policy of your destination in advance, and make sure that you have obtained the updated information concerning whether you will be accepted as a visitor with a history of living in Nanjing, whether you need to provide a nucleic acid report and whether you will have a quarantine in the destination city.
The specific time and requirements of returning to SEU will be announced before the end of the holiday, please pay attention to our notice.
Whose visa will be expired before Oct 10th 2021 (including recent graduates of SEU with visa problems who have been offered new admission) should come to our office before August 27th.
Safety Tips:
1. Do not leave Nanjing unless necessary. Do not go to places with mid or high risk. If there is an inter-city displacement, please report to the teachers immediately. If there is a history of travel in mid-high-risk areas within one month, or a history of contact with patients infected by COVID-19, you must report to International Students Office in a timely manner.
2. Make a daily health report. If you have any suspected symptoms, please report to International Students Office and medical institutions immediately.
3. In all public places, make sure to wear mask, take temperature measurement and show your green health code.
4. Reduce or stop offline gathering activities during the holiday, and strictly abide by the requirements of epidemic prevention and control.
5. Please make sure all your personal documents securely kept.
6. Please turn off all the power supply and leave the doors and windows securely closed when you are away during the holiday.
7. Please avoid the traffic and all kinds of possible danger.
8. Beware of telecom and network fraud.
