Elementary Chinese

Elementary Chinese, a one-year linguistic skill course designed for Chinese-taught undergraduate, postgraduate and Chinese language students, aims to make students master the basic grammar, about 1,800 Chinese words and the basic skill of listening, speaking, reading and writing. After taking this course, the students will be able to accomplish communicative tasks for living, studying, working, and exchange ideas in specific fields in Chinese. The students will also be capable of reading Chinese newspapers and magazines, watching Chinese film and television programs and offering a speech in Chinese. Students will pass HSK Level 4 and HSKK(Elementary). It is offered as a series of Comprehensive Course of Elementary Chinese, Reading Course of Elementary Chinese, Listening Course of Elementary Chinese, etc.

初级汉语

初级汉语是面向汉语授课的本科、硕士、博士生及语言进修生开设的语言技能课，通过一学年的语言教学与技能培训，使学生掌握1800左右词语及汉语基本语法，具有听、说、读、写的基本技能和初步的语言交际能力，能用汉语完成生活、学习、工作等方面的交际任务，就特定领域的话题进行谈论、交流，阅读汉语报刊杂志，欣赏汉语影视节目，用汉语进行较为完整的演讲，并通过HSK四级、HSKK初级。开设《初级汉语综合教程》、《初级汉语阅读教程》、《初级汉语听力教程》等课程。
