填写毕业生信息收集表
Fill in Graduates Information Collection Form .
请将以上材料交至四牌楼403办公室，并确认个人信息 、填写《东南大学留学生离校通知单》
Send the documents above to CIS403, confirm your personal information and fill in SEU Notification of Leaving for International Students.
去所在院系、图书馆、档案馆办理离校手续。
Go to the department, library and archives to finish leaving school procedure.
