关于部分国际学生占用宿舍床位的公告

To International students who occupy dormitory beds

各位未完成学期注册且占用宿舍床位的国际学生：

International students who haven't finished semester registration while occupying dormitory beds:

由于学校宿舍资源有限、学生宿舍亟待修缮和出新等情况，学校已多次函告相关未入境返校学生及时办理清退宿舍、床位的手续，并搬离个人物品，但目前为止仍有部分学生尚未办理。

The school dormitory resources are limited, and the student dormitory is in urgent need of repairing and renovation, SEU has repeatedly sent notices to relevant students who have not returned to timely handle the formalities of check-out, and move away personal belongings, but so far there are still some students who have not done so.

现学校再次通知，请相关学生（名单详见本通知附件）在2025年6月13日前，联系所在校区宿舍管理办公室办理退宿手续，清空个人物品。

Now SEU once again informs the students concerned (the list is listed in the annex to this notice) to contact the dormitory management office of the campus for check-out procedures and to empty their personal belongings before June 13, 2025.

若学生无法亲自办理以上手续，可授权相关单位和个人持委托书原件到各校区宿舍管理办公室办理相关手续并清空个人物品。学生逾期未能办理退宿手续并清空个人物品的，视为学生放弃房间内物品的所有权，学校将收回其相应宿舍床位，并对其留置物品进行搬离、集中处理，期间发生的物品遗失或损毁的，由该学生自行承担不利后果，学校不承担责任。

If students cannot handle the above procedures in person, they can authorize the relevant units and individuals to go to the dormitory management office of each campus with the original letter of authorization to handle the relevant procedures and empty their personal belongings. Failure to complete check-out procedures and clear personal belongings by the specified deadline constitutes abandonment of items in the room, SEU will take back his/her dormitory bed and move away his/her belongings. If any belongings are lost or damaged, the student shall bear the adverse consequences and SEU shall not assume any responsibility.
