为了促进学术交流与合作,提高国际学生的学术创新意识和学术表达能力,把握专业热点和前沿动态,展示优秀学术成果,搭建平台促进长三角地区高校国际青年学者之间的交流,培养知华友华的国际学者,感知中国智汇西湖——第二届长三角地区高层次国际学生学术论坛拟邀请长三角各高校高层次国际学生参与,活动预计开展三天,设置国际学生指导教师专题报告、国际学生学术海报展、国际学生学术报告、专题学术沙龙、感知中国等环节,聚焦专业领域的前沿理论和热点问题,鼓励多学科交叉融合,共探新质生产力赋能高质量发展。
现东南大学面向全校在读硕博研究生征集相关论文与学术海报,拟推荐3-4名我校国际研究生参加此次学术活动。具体事宜通知如下:
一、研讨会概况
国际学生指导教师专题报告环节拟邀请各高校优秀国际学生指导教师就国际学生如何开展科学研究、国际学生学术能力提升等话题进行专题报告。
国际学生学术海报展环节拟将国际学生投稿的优质学术成果制作成学术海报进行统一展览,展示长三角地区国际学生的学术培养质量。
国际学生学术报告环节设置理工、医药学、农业生命环境和人文社科四个分论坛,拟邀请各高校优秀国际学生代表,聚焦国际学术前沿动态,分享个人研究进展和成果。报告形式为演讲者20分钟学术报告+自由交流。
专题学术沙龙环节拟安排国际学生分组研讨,为国际学生的思想碰撞和深度交流创造良好条件。研讨的话题为《跨文化背景下的科研合作:经验与策略》《国际学生在中国科研中的机遇与挑战》《AI辅助下的科研效率提升:机遇与挑战》《全球视野下的学术职业规划与发展》等。
感知中国活动拟安排学生体验杭州现代城市风貌,参观高新技术企业。
二、论文要求
1.学术论文应观点明确,文字简洁,数据准确,研究方法科学,富有创新性。
2.论文内容不得涉及任何国家机密,学术成果对是否已在其他学术会议、论文集和刊物上公开发表过不做要求。
3.论文第一作者应为在读留学研究生或其导师(学生为第二作者),能代表本人或本校研究领域的新成果或新进展。
三、提交材料
申请者需同时提交“学术论文+学术海报+报名表”,相关文件请打包压缩并按照“一卡通号+中文名+学院名”命名并提交至相关邮箱。
1.学术论文和学术海报的语言推荐以英文为主;
2.学术论文及学术海报电子版请在第一页开头附上导师签名,否则视为材料无效;

四、研讨会安排
研讨会将在浙江大学(杭州)举行。研讨会不收取会务费,食宿由浙江大学统一安排,住宿为浙江大学单人间国际学生宿舍(暂定)。
住宿、交通费用将在参会结束之后由东南大学海外教育学院根据学校相关标准予以报销,请保留好相关纸质车票、发票等报销凭证。

Dear international students
In order to promote academic exchange and cooperation, enhance the academic innovation awareness and expression ability of international students, grasp professional hotspots and cutting-edge trends, showcase excellent academic achievements, build a platform to promote exchanges between international young scholars in universities in the Yangtze River Delta region, cultivate international scholars who are knowledgeable about China and friendly to China, and Perceive China and Gather Wisdom at West Lake - the Second Yangtze River Delta Region High-Level International Student Academic Forum plans to invite high-level international students from universities in the Yangtze River Delta region to participate. The event is expected to last for three days and will include special reports from international student guiding teachers, international student academic poster exhibitions, international student academic reports, special academic salons, and practical activities of perception of China. It will focus on cutting-edge theories and hot issues in professional fields, encourage interdisciplinary integration, and jointly explore new productivity to empower high-quality development.
Southeast University is now soliciting relevant papers and academic posters from all master and PhD students in the university. We plan to recommend 3-4 international graduate students from our university to participate in this academic event. The specific matters are notified as follows:
1. Overview of the Academic Forum
The special report section for international student guiding teachers plans to invite outstanding international student guiding teachers from various universities to give special reports on topics such as how international students conduct scientific research and improve their academic abilities.
The international student academic poster exhibition aims to produce high-quality academic achievements submitted by international students into academic posters for unified exhibition, showcasing the academic training quality of international students in the Yangtze River Delta region.
The international student academic report section will have four sub forums: Science and Engineering, Medicine and Pharmacy, Agricultural Life Environment, and Humanities and Social Sciences. It is planned to invite outstanding international student representatives from various universities to focus on the forefront of international academic trends and share their personal research progress and achievements. The presentation format includes a 20 minute academic report by the speaker and free communication.
The special academic salon is planned to arrange group discussions for international students, creating favorable conditions for ideological collision and in-depth exchange among international students. The topics of the seminar are "Cross cultural Research Cooperation: Experience and Strategies", "Opportunities and Challenges for International Students in Chinese Research", "AI Assisted Research Efficiency Improvement: Opportunities and Challenges", "Academic Career Planning and Development from a Global Perspective", etc.
The perception of China activity plans to arrange for students to experience the modern urban style of Hangzhou and visit high-tech enterprises.
2.Thesis Requirements
(1) Academic papers should have clear viewpoints, concise wording, accurate data, scientific research methods, and be innovative.
(2) The content of the paper shall not involve any state secrets, and there is no requirement for whether the academic achievements have been publicly published in other academic conferences, proceedings, and journals.
(3) The first author of the paper should be a current international graduate student or their supervisor (with the student as the second author), who can represent new achievements or developments in their own or their own research field.
3.Submit Materials
Applicants need to submit "academic paper+academic poster+registration form" at the same time. Please package and compress the relevant documents, name them according to "one card number+Chinese name+college name", and submit them to the relevant email.
(1) The language recommendation for academic papers and posters is mainly in English;
(2) Please attach the supervisor's signature at the beginning of the first page of the electronic version of academic papers and posters, otherwise it will be considered as invalid materials;
(3) Please strictly refer to Attachment 2 "Requirements for Academic Poster Production" for the format of academic posters to ensure consistency and aesthetics in the presentation and discussion;
(4) Please refer to Attachment 1 "Registration Form for Southeast University of the Second Yangtze River Delta High level International Student Academic Forum" for information on the registration form.
4.Forum Arrangement
The forum will be held at Zhejiang University (Hangzhou). The forum does not charge conference fees, and accommodation will be arranged by Zhejiang University. Accommodation will be in a single room international student dormitory at Zhejiang University (tentative).
Accommodation and transportation expenses will be reimbursed by the College of International Students at Southeast University according to relevant school standards after the conference ends. Please keep relevant paper tickets, invoices, and other reimbursement vouchers.
5.Special Reminder
Application deadline: 4:00 PM on April 24, 2025.
Please make sure to submit the materials before the application deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Students who have been awarded the title of "International Academic Star of Southeast University 2024" will be given priority recommendation to participate in the forum.
