各位医学院、公共卫生学院的留学生：
经学校研究及丁家桥校区留学生宿舍装修安排，6月20日左右四牌楼校区成园研究生公寓需要清空，四牌楼校区成园研究生公寓内学生的所有个人遗留物品将由学校和装修单位统一清理，具体搬迁时间另行通知。现将有关事宜预通知如下：
1. 非毕业班的医学院、公共卫生学院留学生可选择于6月20日起住在校外，或申请入住丁家桥校区留学生宿舍。2025年9月后继续享受长期性奖学金的学生无需缴纳下一学年的床位费，其余学生按照9000元/学年的标准预缴下一年的床位费，水电费按学校有关标准收取。
2. 毕业班学生可选择住在校外，或申请入住过渡宿舍（4人一间，无马桶，上床下桌，拟按照中国学生宿舍收费标准收取住宿费），或一次性预缴一年的床位费（9000元/学年）申请入住丁家桥校区留学生宿舍，退费事宜根据学校财务有关规定执行，住宿期限至8月15日。
3. 请所有医学院、公共卫生学院的留学生于5月19日下午17：30之前填写链接：https://www.wjx.cn/vm/ebIkkKz.aspx# ，确认自己的住宿安排。不按时填写链接视为放弃校内住宿资格。
注意事项如下：
1. 根据《东南大学学生公寓管理办法》第三十一条，公寓内不得储藏或者使用危险品及违章电器；为违章电器充电，视为使用违章电器。学生公寓内的违章电器（经允许安装的空调、配备的电水壶除外）包括：
（1）800W以上的超功率电器；
（2）无自动断电保护装置的电器；
（3）热得快、电炉、电热毯、电煮锅、电热水器、暖手宝等，电饭锅、微波炉、电磁炉等炊事用电器；
（4）无国家3C认证的电器；
（5）洗衣机、电冰箱、电视机、电动车电池；
（6）其他存在安全隐患的电器。
住宿人员因持有、携带、储存及使用违章电器的将由学生公寓管理人员收缴代管。
2. 不在南京实习的学生，不提供校内住宿。
3. 结业的学生不提供校内住宿。

Pre-Notice on the Relocation of International Students' Dormitories at Sipailou Campus
(For International Students from School of Medicine and School of Public Health)
Dear international students from School of Medicine and School of Public Health,
According to the arrangement for the renovation of the international students' dormitories at the Dingjiaqiao Campus, the Chengyuan Dormitory at the Sipailou Campus will need to be vacated around June 20th. All personal belongings left by students in the Chengyuan Dormitory at the Sipailou Campus will be cleared by the school and the renovation unit. The specific relocation time will be notified later. The relevant matters are hereby pre-notified as follows:
1. Non-graduating international students from the School of Medicine and School of Public Health can choose to live off campus starting from June 20th or apply to stay in the international students' dormitories at Dingjiaqiao Campus. Students who continue to enjoy long-term scholarships after September 2025 will not have to pay the bed fee for the next academic year. Other students are required to prepay the bed fee for the next year at the rate of 9,000 RMB per academic year, and the water and electricity fees are charged according to the relevant standards of the school.
2. Graduating students can choose to live off campus, apply to stay in the transitional dormitories (four people per room, have squat toilet, loft bed with desk, and the accommodation fee will be charged according to the standard of Chinese students' dormitories), or prepay the bed fee for one year (9,000 RMB per academic year) to apply to stay in the international students' dormitories at Dingjiaqiao Campus. Refund matters will be implemented according to the relevant regulations of the school's finance department, and the accommodation period will end on August 15th.
3. All international students from School of Medicine and School of Public Health are requested to fill in the link: https://www.wjx.cn/vm/ebIkkKz.aspx# before 5:30pm on May 19th to confirm their accommodation arrangements. Failure to fill in the link on time is regarded as giving up the on-campus accommodation qualification.
The following points are hereby notified:
1. According to Article 31 of the "Southeast University Student Apartment Management Measures", it is not allowed to store or use dangerous goods and prohibited electrical appliances in the apartment; charging prohibited electrical appliances is considered as using prohibited electrical appliances. The prohibited electrical appliances in the student apartment (except for the air conditioners installed with permission and the electric kettles provided) include:
（1）Electrical appliances with a power rating of over 800W;
（2）Electrical appliances without automatic power-off protection devices;
（3）Quick heaters, electric stoves, electric blankets, electric cookers, electric water heaters, hand warmers, etc., and cooking electrical appliances such as rice cookers, microwave ovens, and induction cookers;
（4）Electrical appliances without national 3C certification;
（5）Washing machines, refrigerators, televisions, and electric vehicle batteries;
（6）Other electrical appliances that pose safety hazards.
The student apartment management personnel will confiscate and keep the prohibited electrical appliance held, carried, stored, and used by the residents.
2. Students who do not have internships in Nanjing will not be provided with on-campus accommodation.
3. Students who have completed their studies will not be provided with on-campus accommodation.
If the above content is subject to change due to the school's arrangement or work requirements, the latest notice will prevail. Please pay attention to notifications on the official website of the College of International Students and student group notifications. International students currently residing in the Chengyuan Dormitory at Sipailou Campus who are not from the School of Medicine or School of Public Health must wait for the subsequent relocation notice.
