各位非医学院、公共卫生学院在校留学生:
经学校研究,海外教育学院于2025年8月起整体搬迁至九龙湖校区,九龙湖校区兰园宿舍为我校留学生主体宿舍群。6月20日左右四牌楼校区成园研究生公寓需要清空,四牌楼校区成园研究生公寓内学生的所有个人遗留物品将由学校和装修单位统一清理,具体搬迁时间另行通知。现将有关事宜预通知如下:
1. 非毕业班、今年8月15日之后继续在校学习的学生可以选择校内住宿或校外住宿。选择校内住宿的学生:建筑学院、电气工程学院、自动化学院、仪器科学与工程学院的学生可申请九龙湖宿舍或城内校区宿舍(四牌楼或丁家桥);其余学院的本科生、硕士生、博士生可申请九龙湖宿舍。学校将结合各学院的培养校区和我校留学生宿舍资源分布情况进行宿舍分配,以分配后的宿舍为准。
所有申请九龙湖宿舍的同学,6月20日左右可将个人行李放置兰园宿舍,鼓励同学们妥善安排暑期生活,建议暑期离校,具体返校日期将于近期通知。因科研、学习原因需要暑期留校的学生,可申请借用中国学生宿舍作为暑期过渡(4人间,无马桶,上床下桌,需严格遵守学校住宿管理规定)。
2. 毕业班学生可选择过渡宿舍或住在校外,过渡宿舍无法保证校区(四牌楼宿舍或九龙湖宿舍,根据实际情况调整,过渡宿舍申请结果以最终审批为准),请于毕业后两周内离校,最晚于8月15日退宿离校。
3. 请所有非医学院、公共卫生学院在校留学生于5月26日下午17:30之前填写链接:https://www.wjx.cn/vm/wpPCr62.aspx# ,确认自己的住宿安排。不按时填写链接视为放弃校内住宿资格。
注意事项如下:
1. 过渡宿舍和各校区校内宿舍均不提供床垫及其他床上用品,请自行购置(家具尺寸另行通知)。
2. 学校决定免除过渡宿舍的床位费,水电费按学校有关规定执行,过渡宿舍最晚于8月15日退宿。
3. 根据留学生宿舍新增启用及修缮提升情况,经学校财务流程决定,各校区留学生宿舍2025-2026学年床位费预计均为9000元/学年,缴费渠道另行通知,水电费按学校有关规定执行,缴费时间预计为6月中下旬,请妥善安排缴费事宜。
4.根据《东南大学学生公寓管理办法》第三十一条,公寓内不得储藏或者使用危险品及违章电器;为违章电器充电,视为使用违章电器。学生公寓内的违章电器(经允许安装的空调、配备的电水壶除外)包括:
(1)800W以上的超功率电器;
(2)无自动断电保护装置的电器;
(3)热得快、电炉、电热毯、电煮锅、电热水器、暖手宝等,电饭锅、微波炉、电磁炉等炊事用电器;
(4)无国家3C认证的电器;
(5)洗衣机、电冰箱、电视机、电动车电池;
(6)其他存在安全隐患的电器。
住宿人员因持有、携带、储存及使用违章电器的将由学生公寓管理人员收缴代管。
5.结业的学生不提供校内住宿。

Pre-Notice on the Relocation of International Students' Dormitories (for International Students Except from the School of Medicine and School of Public Health)
Dear international students from schools except from the School of Medicine and School of Public Health,
According to the arrangement by the university, the College of International Students will relocate entirely to the Jiulonghu Campus starting from August 2025. The Lan Yuan dormitory, Jiulonghu Campus will be the main dormitory complex for international students. Around June 20, the Cheng Yuan Dormitory, Sipailou Campus needs to be vacated. All students’personal belongings left in the Cheng Yuan Dormitory, Sipailou Campus will be cleared by the university and the renovation unit. The specific relocation time will be notified later. The following are the preliminary notices regarding the relevant matters:
1. Non-graduating students who will continue to study at the university after August 15 this year can choose to live on-campus or off-campus. Students who choose on-campus accommodation:
(1) Students from the School of Architecture, School of Electrical Engineering, School of Automation, and School of Instrument Science and Engineering can apply for dormitories in Jiulonghu Campus or within the other campus (Sipailou or Dingjiaqiao);
(2) Undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students from other schools can apply for dormitories in Jiulonghu Campus.
The university will allocate dormitories based on their training campus of each school and the distribution of international student dormitory resources,the application results are subject to the final approval.
All students applying for Jiulonghu dormitories can place their personal luggage in Lan Yuan dormitory, Jiulonghu campus around June 20. Students are encouraged to arrange their summer vacation properly and are advised to leave the campus during the summer vacation. The specific return date to campus will be notified soon. Students who need to stay on campus during the summervacationdue to research or study reasons can apply to borrow Chinese student dormitories as a temporary summer accommodation (4 students in one room, have squat toilet, loft bed with desk, and strict adherence to the university's accommodation management regulations is required).
2. Graduating students can choose to stay in transitional dormitories or live off-campus. The transitional dormitories cannot guarantee the campus (either Sipailou dormitory or Jiulonghu dormitory, subject to actual conditions, and the application result for transitional dormitories is subject to the final approval). Please leave the campus within two weeks after graduation and check outfrom the dormitory by August 15 at the latest.
3. All international students from schoolsexcept from the School of Medicine and Public Health are requested to fill in thequestionnaire as mention in thelink: https://www.wjx.cn/vm/wpPCr62.aspx# before 17:30,May 26 to confirm accommodation arrangements. Failure to fill in the link on time will be regarded as giving up the on-campus accommodation eligibility.
The following points are hereby notified:
1. Mattresses and other bedding will not be provided in transitional or on-campus dormitories at each campus.Please purchase them by yourself (the size of furniture will be notified later).
2. The university has decided to waive the bed fee for transitional dormitories. Thewater and electricity fees will be implemented according to the university's relevant regulations. The check-out deadline for transitional dormitories is August 15.
3. Based on the renovation improvement of international students' dormitories, and in accordance with the university's financial process, the bed fee for international students' dormitories in all campuses for the 2025-2026 academic year will be 9000RMB per academic year,the payment channel will be notifiedlater. Thewater and electricity fees will be implemented according to the university's relevant regulations. The payment time is expected to bethe mid or the end of June, 2025. Please arrange the paymentin advance.
4. According to Article 31 of the "Southeast University Student Apartment Management Measures", it is not allowed to store or use dangerous goods and prohibited electrical appliances in the apartment; charging prohibited electrical appliances is considered as using prohibited electrical appliances. The prohibited electrical appliances in the student apartment (except for the air conditioners installed with permission and the electric kettles provided) include:
(1) Electrical appliances with a power rating of over 800W;
(2) Electrical appliances without automatic power-off protection devices;
(3) Water heating tools, electric stoves, electric blankets, electric cookers, electric water heaters, hand warmers, etc., and cooking electrical appliances such as rice cookers, microwave ovens, and induction cookers;
(4) Electrical appliances without national 3C certification;
(5) Washing machines, refrigerators, televisions, and electric vehicle batteries;
(6) Other electrical appliances that pose safety hazards.
The student apartment management personnel will confiscate and keep the prohibited electrical appliance held, carried, stored, and used by the residents.
5. Students who have completed their studies will not be provided with on-campus accommodation.
