根据北京平安公司最新保险政策，自2015年6月起，留学生保险费用由600元每年上调至800元每年，保险生效时间为每年9月1日至次年8月31日。

Notice for A Rise of Health Insurance Price
According to the latest insurance policy of Beijing Ping’an, since June of 2015, international students’ insurance expense rises from 600 yuan to 800 yuan per year. And the insurance takes effect from September 1 to August 31 of the next year.
