2. Is the application fee required?
Yes, the application fee is required after you pass the initial review and the application status on the system will change to” Wait to pay the application fee”. It is irretrievable whether you are admitted or not.
3. How to apply for CSC scholarship or SEU president scholarship?
For Students who have passed all the reviews (the application status on the system will be “Final Result Unreleased”), you will be recommended for CSC scholarship or SEU scholarship according to the comprehensive selection. Additionally, you need to apply on CSC application system if you want to apply for CSC scholarship.
4 How can I know the application result?
You’re suggested to log in to the application system to check the status and we will also email you while it’s changed. The final result will be announced on the college website around July.
5. How to select courses?
Chinese-taught undergraduates: During the course selection period, log in to the course selection system (http://newxk.urp.seu.edu.cn), and select courses according to the training plan. The specific course selection time, rules and precautions are subject to the online course selection notice published on the website of the Academic Affairs Office of Southeast University (http://jwc.seu.edu.cn). Normally, a week after the start of the long term, there will be an opportunity to withdraw or change courses, the specific time arrangement and rules are subject to the notice published on the website of the Academic Affairs Office of Southeast University. Students can adjust their courses during that period.
English-taught undergraduates: Students should take classes according to the training plan of their major.
Postgraduates: At the time of the enrollment, postgraduates need to formulate a preliminary personal training plan under the guidance of their tutor and submit it in the system (http://yjsxk.urp.seu.edu.cn/yjsxkapp/sys/xsxkapp/*default/index.do ), and then log in to the course selection system (http://yjsxk.urp.seu.edu.cn/yjsxkapp/sys/xsxkapp/*default/index.do) during the course selection period. Chinese-taught undergraduates and postgraduates can log in to the Southeast University ehall (http://ehall.seu.edu.cn) to check their training plan; English-taught undergraduates can consult the program manager.
7. How to check the timetable?
Chinese-taught undergraduates can check it by "我的课表" of the Southeast University ehall (http://ehall.seu.edu.cn); English-taught undergraduates should take classes according to the training plan of their major; Postgraduates can check it by “我的本研课表” of the Southeast University ehall (http://ehall.seu.edu.cn).
8. How to print the transcript?
Chinese-taught undergraduates can contact the teaching faculty to print their transcript; English-taught undergraduates can contact the Academic Affairs Office of the College of International Students (Office 403; TEL: 025-83792662; Email: academic403@pub.seu.edu.cn) for transcript; Postgraduates can contact the Graduate School (Sipailou Campus: 1st and 2nd Floor, Yifu Building; Jiulonghu Campus: 1st Floor, Jizhong Building) to print their transcript.

11.Can I study in Southeast University on a non-study visa?
No. We require all students to use study visa and study residence permit.If you are found to be engaged in activities that do not correspond to your visa type, you may face penalties such as a fine, warning, detention and deportation depending on the circumstances.
12. What should I do if I lose my passport?
Please report the loss to the Exit and Entry Administration Office of Nanjing Municipal Public Security Bureau, and contact your consulate in China to apply for a new passport. After the passport is reissued, please go to the International Student Office to update the passport information, and apply for a new visa or residence permit at the Exit and Entry Department in time.
13. Who should be consulted about majors and courses?
You can consult the academic affairs teacher or graduate secretary of your school or department. If you have any questions about deferment of defense, withdrawal, suspension or resumption of study, you can contact the Academic Affairs Office of College of International Students Office.
