Review of CSC Scholarship 2015

请所有的中国政府奖学金生到办公室（四牌楼 106 王老师，九龙湖101 胡老师，丁家桥122 江老师）领取《中国政府奖学金生年度评审表》，并于4月3日之前填好交回办公室

填写要求：1、必须附2014年2月至今的成绩单，成绩单上须附上所在院系章。

2、以下栏目必须填写：本学年所获学分情况、学习态度、考勤情况必须由学生所在院系本科教务员或研究生导师勾选、评价，评价后需由评价人签字、盖院系公章。

3、行为表现由各校区留学生宿舍负责人评价完成，无需院系填写。

若不按照要求填写，则无法通过奖学金年审，且无法获得即将增发、补发的奖学金。

2014年，我校2位同学年审不合格，已被CSC除名，请同学们引以为鉴。

                                NOTICE

All the CSC Scholarship Students please come to our office（RM106 in Sipailou，Mr Wang /RM101 in Jiulonghu, Mr Hu/RM122 in Dingjiaqiao, Mr Jiang） in your campus, and get the ‘Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship’. After finish the form, pls submit to dorm manager before April 3rd.

Requirements

1. Your transcript since Feb.2014 till now should be attached with stamp.

2. The following column must be filled out: 学分情况credit evaluation、学习态度learning attitude、考勤情况class attendancemust be finished by academic staff of your college/your supervisor, with their signature &College‘s stamp.

3. 行为表现Daily behavior must evaluated by dorm manager .

Unqualified document may lead to the delay of increase/suspension of your scholarship.

In 2014, 2 students in SEU lost CSC Scholarship because of unqualified document & poor behavior. Please take warning from them.
