CSC 年 审 通 知
请所有的中国政府奖学金生(庆华)到办公室（四牌楼 106 王老师，九龙湖橘九116 胡老师，丁家桥122 江老师）领取《中国政府奖学金生年度评审表》
CSC奖学金年度评审表.rar，并于4月15日之前填好交回各校区办公室，校外住宿者可以交给所在校区宿舍管理办公室或直接交给留办。
填写要求：1、首页内容学生自行填写。
2、必须附2015年2月至今的成绩单，成绩单上须附上所在院系章。
3、学分情况、学习态度、考勤情况暂时不填写。
4、行为表现由各校区留学生宿舍负责人评价完成。
若不按照要求完成并上交，则无法通过奖学金年审，会导致失去奖学金资格。
2015年，我校3位同学年审不合格，已被中止奖学金，请同学们引以为鉴。去年被中止奖学金的同学今年仍需参加年审，否则将永远失去奖学金资格。

NOTICE OF REVIEW （CSC）
All the CSC Scholarship Students please come to our office（RM106 in Sipailou，RM116 in Jiulonghu, RM122 in Dingjiaqiao） in your campus and get the ‘Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship’CSC奖学金年度评审表.rar. After finish the form, pls submit to dorm manager before April 15. Students living outside pls submit to dorm manager of each campus or Sipailou office (RM302).
Requirements
1、Students should complete Page 1 by themselves.
2、Transcript with stamp since Feb.2015 till now should be attached.
3、The following column don’t need to be completed for the time being: 学分情况credit evaluation、学习态度learning attitude、考勤情况class attendance.
4、行为表现Daily behavior must evaluated by dorm manager .
Unqualified document may lead to the delay of increase/suspension of your scholarship. In 2015, 3 students got suspension of CSC Scholarship because of unqualified document & poor behavior. Please take warning from them. Those 3 students above still need to go through the review this year or they will lose the scholarship forever.
