2020年中国政府奖学金年审通知

亲爱的CSC奖学金学生：

2020年的CSC奖学金年审已经开始。受到疫情的影响，今年我校采用网上评审的方式。请各位按以下要求认真完成。

1、下载CSC奖学金年度评审表 Form for Annual Review.zip，并认真填写完成，完成后把word版电子表格发送到cis@seu.edu.cn邮箱。未提交材料者，一律视为年审不通过。

2、完成东南大学健康申报系统的每日健康申报。建议你使用手机微信关注公众号“东大信息化”进行填报。具体方法请查阅以下网页http://webplus.seu.edu.cn/_s48/2020/0331/c13954a322593/page.psp

3、你的考试成绩、考勤情况我们将直接从教务部门获得。你的日常行为表现和年审表的完成情况，也将作为此次年审的重要依据，请认真对待。2019年，有2名学生因年审不合格而失去CSC奖学金，请引以为戒。

4、申请延长奖学金期限的同学，必须首先通过本次年审。

5、年审材料提交截止日期：2020年4月8日。

2020 CSC Scholarship Annual Review

Dear CSC scholarship students,

2020 CSC scholarship annual review has begun now. Due to the recent COVID-19 epidemic situation, this year’s annual review will take online evaluation method. Please complete it carefully according to the following requirements.

1. Download the Form for Annual Review Form for Annual Review.zip, and complete it carefully. Submit your completed form (in WORD format) to cis@seu.edu.cn. Those who fail to submit this form shall be deemed to have failed the annual review.

2. Complete the SEU Health Daily Report. You are advised to finish it on Wechat program in your cell phone via the Wechat official account of ”东大信息化”. Please find the details of the Health Report System on

3. We will receive your transcript from the Teaching Affairs Department directly. Your daily behavior performance and completion of Form for Annual Review, will be an important basis for your annual result. Therefore, we advise you to take it seriously. There were two students who lost their CSC scholarship due to the failure of annual review in 2019, you may want to take it as a warning.

4. Students who apply for the extension of the scholarship period must firstly follow the above steps and pass this annual review.

5. The deadline of submission will be 8th April 2020.
