Notice on the Latest Scholarship Grant Policy
Dear students,
Please inform each other of the latest scholarship policy：
At present, the living allowance of scholarship students is generally issued in the end of the previous month in advance. From this month on, the monthly living allowance and subsidies will be issued in the same month (not in advance).
Students who leave China for more than 15 days (school holidays excepted), the scholarship will besuspended. If the leave is more than 15 days for personal reasons, the whole month living allowance will be deducted. If the leave (go abroad) is related to the academic activities approved by SEU, the scholarship will be suspended and reissued after the students return to SEU.
Scholarship students are not allowed to leave SEU without approval, otherwise the scholarship will be disqualified.
CSC off-campus accommodation subsidy will be paid up to 6 months for one time (the duration of the payment cannot exceed the expiration date of the contract). Before the expiration of the 6 months or the latest rental contract, please come to 302 office to re-apply for subsidies.
For graduates within the scholarship period, the living allowance is paid half a month after the date indicated in the diploma. The living allowance shall be suspended from the date of approval if the student is suspended from school, dropped out of school, or disqualified from the scholarship.
Those who have suspended thestudy for 1 year, but do not applied for reinstatement and come back to SEU to resume the study shall be waived the scholarship qualification.

奖学金最新发放政策通知
各位同学，关于奖学金发放的最新政策如下，请相互转告：
目前，我校奖学金生的生活费一般为前一月的月末发放；即日起，各项奖学金的生活费、补贴改由当月发放。
学生在非学校假期期间离境超过15天的，停发奖学金。因个人原因请假超过15天的，扣发一个月生活费；因学校批准的学术活动离境的，待学生返校后补发奖学金。
奖学金生未经批准不得擅自离开学校，否则将会被取消奖学金资格。
CSC奖学金校外住宿补贴改为一次性发放最长6个月（发放时长不能超过合同到期日期），6个月到期前请凭最新租房合同到302办公室重新申请补贴。
对于奖学金期限内的毕业生，生活费发放至毕业证注明的日期后的半个月。休学、退学、肄业及被中止或取消中国政府奖学金资格的，其生活费自批准之日起停发。
休学超过一年，未按规定申请复学并继续返校学习的，视为自动放弃中国政府奖学金资格。
