2021年江苏省优秀生奖学金（研究生）申请
一、申请对象及要求
1、硕士开始专业学习时间不超过3年，博士开始专业学习时间不超过4年
2、已完成培养计划所有学分，规格化得分不低于75分
3、在校期间无缺考和不及格记录
4、科研进展情况（必须提供校内图书馆论文检索证明）
5、导师推荐信
6、须结清所有学费、宿舍费
7、境内学生在2021年参加过3次以上学校组织的活动，或完成过3次以上学生大使/记者的任务（境外学生暂无此限制）
8、无违反法律、校纪、宿舍管理规定、防疫规定等行为
二、提交材料
1、下载并填写申请表，完成所有审批流程（人在境外可委托同学代办）
2、成绩单
3、导师推荐信
4、图书馆论文检索证明
5、各类参赛荣誉
三、申请提交方式
方式一、亲自将材料提交到海外教育学院教务办（403办公室）
方式二、将所有材料扫描发送至教务办公室邮箱academic403@pub.seu.edu.cn
四、申请截止日期
2022年3月23日
Ⅰ. Applicants and requirements
1. The professional learning time for master's degree should not exceed 3 years, and for doctor's degree should not exceed 4 years.
2. Have completed all credits of the training plan and the standardized score is not less than 75 points.
3. No absent or failing record in examinations.
4. Research progress (must provide the retrieval certificate of university library paper).
5. Recommendation letter from tutor.
6. All tuition and accommodation fee must be paid.
7. Domestic students should have participated in more than 3 activities organized by the university in 2021, or completed the tasks of student ambassadors/journalists for more than 3 times (students who are not in China are not restricted temporarily).
8. No violation of laws, SEU discipline, dormitory management regulations, epidemic prevention regulations, etc.
Ⅱ. Documents for application
1. Download and fill in the application form, complete all the approval procedures (students who are not in China can entrust their schoolmates to act for them).
2. School report.
3. Recommendation letter from tutor.
4. Library paper retrieval certificate.
5. Certificates of awards and honors.
Ⅲ. Approaches to submitting applications
Approach 1. Submit the materials in person to the Educational Affairs Office of the College of International Students (Office 403).
Approach 2. Scan all the materials and send them to academic403@pub.seu.edu.cn.
