关于南京市政府奖学金申请的补充通知
申请条件：
本科：相关教师推荐，在校表现优秀，积极参加校内外各项实践活动，目前不享受任何奖学金资助，并且预计在一年内可以毕业的学生。
研究生： 完成培养计划必修学分，通过中期考核和开题报告且目前不享受任何奖学金资助的学生，在校表现优秀，相关教师推荐，积极参加校内外的各项实践活动。（已发表过核心期刊论文或获得过相关研究成果奖项的学生优先考虑）
申请材料：
1.《南京市政府外国留学生奖学金申请表》，用中文或英文填写。申请表见附件。
2. 需教师推荐信，附教师亲笔签名，签署日期。
3. 一年内研究发表成果、其他学习成果、获得奖项及承担的志愿者工作的清单和证明文件。
请需要申请的学生于2022年10月31日12:00前将申请材料发送至邮箱：academic403@pub.seu.edu.cn
前期已提交申请的学生无需重复申请。
Supplementary Notice of Nanjing Municipal Government Scholarship
Application requirements：
Undergraduate Students: Students who recommended by relevant teachers, with excellent performance in school, actively participated in various practical activities in and off campus, currently not enjoying any kind of scholarship, and are expected to graduate within one year.
Postgraduate Students: Students who have completed the required credits of the training plan, passed the mid-term assessment and thesis proposal, currently not enjoying any kind of scholarship, with excellent performance in school, recommended by relevant teachers and actively participate in various practical activities in and off campus. (Students who have published core journal papers or won relevant research achievement awards are preferred).
Application Documents：
1. Fill out the application form for Nanjing Municipal Government Scholarship (in Chinese or in English). See attachment.
2. Recommendation letter from relevant teachers, and attach the teacher’s signature and date.
3. A list of research and publications, other learning achievement, awards and volunteer work within one year and supporting documents.
Students who want to apply please send your documents to email: academic403@pub.seu.edu.cn before 12:00 PM of October 31, 2022.
Students who have already submitted the application in the previous period do not need to apply again.
