2023年中国政府奖学金注册通知
各位中国政府奖学金生：
2023学年中国政府奖学金生注册工作已经开始，请我校全体中国政府奖学金国际学生本人前往留学生办公室（成贤街90号302办公室）当面完成注册。
注册截止时间：2023年10月22日
凡不能在截止日期前来留学生办公室完成注册的学生，视为放弃中国政府奖学金资格。
所有境外中国政府奖学金生，如不能在2023年10月22日前返校并前往留学生办公室注册的，视为放弃奖学金资格。
请正在返校的同学，务必确保在此时间前返校，处理好签证和机票事宜。有特殊困难的，请在2023年10月22日前，通过邮件联系留学生办公室（邮箱：cis@pub.seu.edu.cn），否则视为放弃奖学金资格。
已经返校，但因学业等方面需要被我校再次派往境外，暂时不在境内的学生，须在2023年10月15日前，通过邮件联系留学生办公室（邮箱：cis@pub.seu.edu.cn），提供离校前被批复的请假证明。否则视同放弃奖学金资格。

2023 Chinese Government Scholarship Registration Notice
Dear Chinese Government Scholarship Students:
The registration for Chinese Government Scholarship students for the 2023 academic year has begun. All Chinese Government Scholarship international students of SEU are requested to go to the International Students Office (Office 302, No. 90 Chengxian Street) to complete the registration in person.
Registration deadline: October 22, 2023
Students who fail to come to the International Students Office to complete registration before the deadline will be deemed to have given up their qualifications for the Chinese Government Scholarship.
All overseas Chinese Government Scholarship students who cannot return to school and register at the International Students Office before October 22, 2023 will be deemed to have given up their scholarship qualifications.
Students who are returning to school must make sure to return to school before the above deadline and handle visa and air ticket matters properly. If you have special difficulties, please contact the International Students Office by email (email: cis@pub.seu.edu.cn) before October 22, 2023, otherwise you will be deemed to have given up your scholarship qualifications.
Students who have returned to school but have been sent overseas again by SEU due to academic and other needs and are temporarily abroad must contact the International Students Office by email (email: cis@pub.seu.edu.cn) before October 15, 2023, provide the approval of leave done before leaving school. Otherwise, it will be deemed as giving up the scholarship qualification.
Please finish on time and inform each other.
