2024年江苏省优秀生（国际学生）奖学金申请
一、总体要求 General Requirements
2、CSC全额奖学金生谢绝申请；在2023年9月-2024年6月之间已经获得过以下奖项累计达到2项（或2次）的校奖生谢绝申请，包括（省政府优秀生奖学金、南京市政府奖学金、瑞华奖学金、风华奖学金）。
3、2024级新入学、入专业学生谢绝申请。
延期毕业学生谢绝申请。
5、结清所有积欠的学费、住宿费，完成宿管员审批。
6、在校期间无违反中国法律和校纪校规及不服从管理的情况。
7、诚实守信，道德品质优良，无各类不当言行。
8、在2023年9月-2024年6月之间社会工作不少于2次，包含：担任学生助管、MBBS班班长、楼层长、书院管理员、志愿者、学生大使、学生记者，协助学校进行活动策划和组织、参加演出、参加比赛、获市级及以上非奖学金类荣誉。
9、同等条件下，优先考虑在以下各方面具有突出表现的学生：
（一） 对学校和中国社会作出杰出贡献的；
（二） 热爱所学专业，并在学术上取得一定成果的；
（三） 在校内校外公益、文体或实践活动中表现优异，或在校内校外各类活动或赛事中获得表彰的；
（四） 承担国际学生大使、志愿者、助管、宿舍管理志愿者、书院管理员、学生记者等校内社会工作；长期积极配合、协助和支持海外教育学院和教学院系的各项工作，在学生中起模范带头作用，展现良好的精神风貌的。
10、本次评审将参考申请学生近期获得其他奖学金的情况，原则上尽可能扩大学生的受奖面。
二、各类学生具体要求 Categorical Requirements
英文授课本科生要求
Undergraduate Students(English-taught)
1、入学至今平均绩点达到3.4分及以上，无缺考情况。
2、2018级MBBS学生可以申请。
汉语授课本科生要求
Undergraduate Students(Chinese-taught)
入学至今平均绩点达到2.5分及以上，无缺考情况。
硕士生要求Requirements for Master Students
1、已完成培养计划所有学分，无缺考、不及格记录，入学至今规格化成绩不低于80分
2、导师同意推荐信
3、同等情况下，发表过高水平论文的同学优先
4、处在原定学制最后一年的学生须通过毕业论文开题
博士生要求 Requirements for PhD Students
1、已完成培养计划所有学分，无缺考、不及格记录，入学至今规格化成绩不低于80分
2、导师同意推荐信
3、在校期间至少发表过高水平论文一篇，提供论文检索证明
4、处在原定学制最后一年的学生须通过毕业论文开题

四、申请方式 Application Procedures
请将以上材料纸质件由本人直接提交到留学生办公室。（MBBS班级学生请统一将上述材料交给所在年级的班长，班长将材料收齐后交到教务办公室403）

Ⅰ. General Requirements
1. Only international degree students who are currently in China and have completed semester registration can apply, and the application must be in person.
2. CSC full scholarship students are not allowed to apply; Between Sep 2023 and June 2024, SEU scholarship students who have won the following awards for twice and aboveare not allowed to apply, including Jiangsu Province Outstanding StudentScholarship, Nanjing Municipal Government Scholarship, Ruihua Scholarship, Fenghua Scholarship.
3. New studentsand those who just enrolled in majors in 2024 are not allowed to apply.
4. Students who extended their study are not allowed to apply.
5. The applicants must clear all tuition fees, accommodation fees, insurance fees, and other expenses that need to be paidand get the approval from the dormitory manager.
6. The applicants must have no record of violation of Chinese laws, school discipline and rules and disobedience to management during the study.
7. The applicants must be honest and trustworthy, have good moral character, no record of inappropriate words and deeds.
8. Between Sep 2023 and June 2024, the applicants must conducted no less than 2 times of social works, includingserving as student assistant, MBBS class monitor, dormitory management assistants, Chengyuan Center management assistants，volunteers, student ambassadors, student journalists, assisting in event organization, participating in performances, participating in competitions, and winning honors (non-scholarship) at the municipal level and above.
9. Under the same conditions, priority will be given to students with outstanding performance in the following aspects:
(1) Those who have made outstanding contributions to the university and Chinese society;
(2) Those who have achieved certain academic results;
(3) Those who have outstanding performance in on-campus and off-campus public welfareactivities, arts and sportsactivitiesor social practices, or receiving awards and honors in various activities or competitions;
(4) Those who have undertaken social work on campus such as international student ambassadors, volunteers, assistants, dormitory management volunteers, Chengyuan Center management assistants, student journalists, etc.; Those who actively cooperate, assist and support the work of the College of International Students and the teaching faculties, play an exemplary role among students.
10. This time the review will also consider the applicants’ recent records of scholarship awards to, in principle, expand the scope of students' awards as much as possible.
Ⅱ. Requirements for Different Students Categories
Undergraduate Students(English-taught)
1. GPA 3.4 or above since admission, no record of absence of exams.
2. 2018 MBBS students can apply.
GPA 2.5 or above since admission, no record of absence of exams.
Master Students
Completed all credits of the training plan, no record of failure or absence of exams. The standardized score since admission no less than 80.
2. Recommendation letter of supervisor.
3. Under the same circumstances, students who have published high-level papers are preferred. The paper retrieval certificate should be provided.
4. Students who are in the final year of the original length of schooling must pass the proposal opening of graduation thesis.
PhD Students
1. Completed all credits of the training plan, no record of failure or absence of exams. The standardized score since admission no less than 80.
2. Recommendation letter of supervisor.
3. At least one high-level paper has been published during the study period, and the paper retrieval certificate should be provided.
4. Students who are in the final year of the original length of schooling must pass the proposal opening of graduation thesis.

4. Paper retrieval certificates (only required for master & PhD students). Please refer to the attachment for the retrieval method.
5. All kinds of honors and other supporting materials.
Ⅳ. Application Procedures
Please submit the above documents directly to the International Student Office in person. (MBBS students should submit to the class monitor, and the class monitorplease collect all and submit to the Academic Affairs Office 403.)
