宿舍费清缴通知
各位入住国际学生公寓的同学：
根据《东南大学国际学生住宿管理办法（试行）》中的费用管理相关条款，“国际学生必须在入住后10日内按规定缴纳住宿费用。长期生（学制不短于一学年者）必须一次性结清一年的床位费，短期生必须按照实际学制一次性结清所有床位费。水电费须按照公寓管理员规定的时间缴纳。”
请应缴费同学在2024年11月10日前及时缴纳2024-2025学年国际学生公寓的住宿费用，尚有欠费的，必须立即结清。具体待缴费额和缴费方式，请咨询你所在校区的宿舍管理员。
到期不按规定缴费者，学校有权取消您本学年的住宿资格，届时相应学生的宿舍门禁使用权限将被关闭。

Notice of Accommodation Fees Payment
Dear all students living in SEU dormitory,
According to the fee management regulations in the Southeast University International Student Dormitory Management Measures (Trial), "International students must pay the accommodation fee within 10 days after check-in. Long-term students (those whose study duration is not less than one academic year) must settle all accommodation fees for one academic year in one lump sum, while short-term students must settle all accommodation fees（for one bed）in one lump sum according to the actual study duration. Utilities bills must be paid at the time specified by the dormitory manager."
Students are requested to pay their accommodation fees for the 2024-2025 academic year in time before November 10, 2024. If you still owe money, you must settle it immediately. For details on the amount to be paid and the method of payment, please consult your campus dormitory manager.
If you fail to pay the fees according to the regulations, Southeast University has the right to cancel your accommodation qualification in campus dormitory for this academic year, and the dormitory access will be canceled correspondingly.
