各位同学好,


我校学生2025年寒假放假时间为120日到216217正式开课。请您关注以下事项:

1、请所有学生寒假结束后按时返校,春学期学生签到注册系统开放时间为217日至21日。在此时间内完成学期签到,以免影响学期注册。学期签到/注册前须结清您的各项应缴费用(包括学费、住宿费等)按要求购买本学年保险。如需请假,请联系辅导员申请,说明请假事由(如健康原因等)、请假时长、前往地点等,申请结果以审批为准,未经同意,不得擅自离校。一学期累计病、事假原则上不得超过一个月。不按时注册超过两周而又未履行缓注册手续的,予以退学处理。请假返校后请及时联系辅导员办理销假手续。

2、春学期奖学金生考勤系统开放时间为217日至21日。请全额奖学金生并在此时间内完成扫脸考勤,以免影响奖学金发放。根据奖学金发放有关规定:在学校规定的假期内离境的,生活费正常发放;在学校规定的假期外,因个人原因当月累计请假超过15天或连续请假超过15天的,扣发一个月生活费;经学校批准参加教学培养计划之外的学术活动离境不超15天的,生活费待学生返校后补发;离境超出15天时间的,停发生活费。

3、请寒假期间签证到期的同学,在寒假开始前来留学生办公室办理签证延期手续。

5、请遵守中国法律法规及学校管理规定。

6、为了您的安全,晚间请尽早返回住处,特别避免夜间单独在外避免前往人员密集处校内住户请按时返回宿舍,不得夜不归宿。

7、请根据天气变化适时增减衣服,保持充足睡眠和均衡饮食,适当进行体育锻炼。

8、请注意防盗、防诈骗。不要随身携带大量现金。宿舍不留宿非本宿舍人员,外出前将门窗、阳台锁好。拒绝任何形式推销,严守个人信息。一定保管好个人的有效证件,不要将个人证件借给他人使用。

9、请注意用电安全,避免在房间烹饪和使用高功率电器,避免在房间内使用明火和堆放危险品。离开宿舍时,请关闭电器和电源。

10、请注意出行安全,学习和遵守交通法规。

11、如需求助或发现异常,可与辅导员、宿管员老师联系。

Dear Students,


The 2025 winter vacation will be from January 20th to February 16th, with classes resuming on February 17th. Please pay attention to the following matters:


1. Return to School on Time: All students are required to return to school after the winter vacation. The semester registration will be open from February 17th to 21st. Please complete the semester registration during this period to avoid any impact on your enrollment. Before registering for the semester, please settle all your payable fees (including tuition, accommodation fees, etc.) and purchase insurance for the academic year as required (make sure your insurance is valid for the entire duration of the spring semester) . If you need to take leave, please contact your counselor to apply, stating the reason for leave (such as health reasons), duration of leave, and destination.  Do not leave school without permission. The total duration of sick and personal leaves in one semester should not exceed one month in principle. Students who do not register on time for more than two weeks and have not fulfilled the deferred registration procedures will be subject to withdrawal. After returning from leave, please contact your counselor promptly to complete the leave cancellation procedures.

2. Scholarship Student Attendance System: The spring semester attendance system for scholarship students will be open from February 17th to 21st. Full scholarship students are required to complete facial recognition of attendance during this period to avoid affecting the scholarship disbursement. According to the regulations on scholarship disbursement: living expenses will be paid normally for those who leave the country during the school's designated holidays; for those who leave China outside of the designated holidays due to personal reasons and accumulate more than 15 days of leave in a month or take consecutive leave for more than 15 days, one month's living expenses will be deducted; for those who leave China for no more than 15 days to participate in academic activitiesapproved by the school, living expenses will be supplemented after the student returns to school; for those who leave China for more than 15 days, living expenses will be suspended.

3. Visa Extension: Students whose visas will expire during the winter vacation are required to visit the International Students Office to complete visa extension procedures before the start of the winter vacation.

4. Notification and Safety: Students who plan to leave school during the winter vacation should notify their counselors and dormitory managers in advance. Please pay attention to safety during your stay outside. 5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Please abide by Chinese laws and regulations of SEU.

6. Safety Precautions: For your safety, please return to your residence early in the evening, especially avoiding being alone at night and going to crowded places. Students living on campus should return to the dormitory on time and are not allowed to stay out overnight.

7. Health and Wellness: Please adjust your clothing according to the weather changes, maintain adequate sleep and a balanced diet, and engage in appropriate physical exercise.

8. Security and Fraud Prevention: Please be cautious about theft and fraud. Do not carry large amounts of cash. Do not accommodate non-dormitory residents in your dormitory, and lock doors, windows, and balconies before going out. Refuse any form of sales pitches, protect your personal information, and keep your personal identification documents secure. Do not lend your personal documents to others.

9. Electrical Safety: Please be mindful of electrical safety. Avoid cooking in your room and using high-power electrical appliances. Do not use open flames or store hazardous materials in your room. Turn off electrical appliances and power sources when leaving the dormitory.

10. Travel Safety: Please pay attention to travel safety and learn and comply with traffic law.
