Notification of Annual Review for SEU Scholarship Students in 2025
各位2024级东南大学奖学金生：
根据《东南大学国际学生奖助学金年度评审工作办法（试行）》，2024-2025学年东南大学奖学金生年度评审工作已经开始。我校的东南大学奖学金生，必须参加并通过年度评审，才能继续享受下一学年的奖学金。现将本次年度评审工作的有关事项通知如下：
一、评审对象
按计划2025年9月起继续在我校学习的2024级东南大学奖学金生
二、学生自评内容
由学生认真按要求完成自评，建议学生按条目清晰罗列自己一学年以来的各方面表现，获得奖励或做出贡献的，请提供相关证明材料。
1. 道德品行
主要填写道德修养、知华友华、遵纪守法等方面内容。
2. 学习情况
本科生主要填写成绩绩点、上课出勤率、课堂参与度、与任课老师沟通积极性、作业完成情况等方面内容；
研究生主要填写规格化成绩、学业进展、开题报告评价、科研成果、组会出勤率及参与度、与导师沟通情况、参加学术活动情况、科研目标及规划等方面内容。
3. 参加活动情况
主要填写在学院、学校、社会参与活动的情况及表现，包括但不限于：参与实习活动、社会实践、志愿服务、校内外各类文体活动及比赛，担任学校或学院学生骨干职务（如国际学生大使、志愿者、助管、宿舍管理志愿者、书院管理员、学生记者等）。
三、材料提交方式
2024级东南大学奖学金生请及时填写附件的自评表完成自评，将自评表及相关证明材料提交至海外教育学院302办公室。
四、材料提交截止日期
2025年4月25日截止。不按时提交材料的，按无故不参加评审（取消奖学金资格）处理。
五、评审结果
工作组将根据评审内容和评价情况，对相应奖学金生提出年度评审“合格”或“不合格”意见。原则上年度评审达到60分及以上的参评学生，定为合格，经学校批准后，可继续享受奖助学金；年度评审定量评价为60分以下的，定为不合格，工作组结合年度评审定性评价及学生实际表现，提出中止或取消其享受奖助学金资格的意见，经批准后执行。
有下列情况之一者，年度评审结果定为“不合格”，中止其享受国际学生奖助学金资格一年：
（一）因考核成绩不合格留级或者降级的；
（二）所修课程连续两年未达到规定学分的；
（三）受到留校察看处分的；
（四）其他导致中止享受奖助学金资格的行为。
被中止享受奖助学金资格者，自下一学年开学起停发其奖助学金，但本人可按照学校有关规定申请自费留校继续学习。中止期满前，经本人申请，可以参加当年的年度评审，如评审合格，学校批准后，可以自下一学年起恢复发放奖助学金，原定奖助学金资助期限已经到期的除外。
有下列情况之一者，年度评审结果定为“不合格”，取消其享受奖助学金的资格：
（一）受到勒令退学或者开除学籍处分的；
（二）在校学习期间累计两次未通过年度评审的；
（三）无正当理由不参加年度评审的；
（四）存在严重违法、违纪行为，影响恶劣的；
（五）其他导致取消享受奖助学金资格的行为。
被取消享受国际学生奖助学金资格者，从公布之日起停发其奖助学金，其享受国际学生奖助学金的资格不再恢复。本人可按照学校有关规定申请自费留校继续学习，申请结果以学校批复为准。

Dear 2024 SEU scholarship international students:
In accordance with the relevant regulations of SEU including Annual Review Procedures for Scholarships and Grants for International Students (Trial Implementation), the annual review of SEU Scholarship students in the 2024-2025 academic year has begun. 2024 SEU scholarship students must participate in and pass the annual review to continue receiving the scholarship for the next academic year. The relevant information for annual review is as follows:
Students to be reviewed：
2024 SEU scholarship students who will continue to study in our university after September 2025
Review content：
The students should carefully complete the self-evaluation according to the requirements. It is recommended that students clearly list their performance in all aspects of the school year according to the items. If you have been rewarded or have made contributions, please provide the relevant supporting materials.
1. Moral Character
The main aspects include moral character, understanding and friendship towards China, and compliance with laws and discipline.
2. Academic Performance
Undergraduate students should mainly fill in aspects such as GPA, class attendance rate, classroom participation, enthusiasm for communicating with instructors, and assignment completion.
Graduate students should mainly fill in aspects such as standardized grades, academic progress, evaluation of thesis proposal, research achievements, attendance and participation in group meetings, communication with supervisors, participation in academic activities, and research goals and plans.
3. Participation in Activities
Mainly fill in the participation and performance in activities at the school, college, and social levels, including but not limited to: participating in internships, social practice, volunteer services, various cultural and sports activities and competitions on and off campus, and holding student leadership positions at the school or college (such as International Student Ambassador, volunteer, teaching assistant, dormitory management volunteer, residential college administrator, student journalist, etc.).
Material submission：
For 2024 SEU scholarship students, please fill in the Form for Annual Review of SEU Scholarship Status (Student Self-Assessment) , submit the form and all the relevant supporting materials to office 302, CIS.
Deadline：
The deadline for submitting the self-assessment form is April 25, 2025. Those who do not submit materials on time will be disqualified from the scholarship for the next academic year.
Annual Review Results:
The working group will propose an annual review result of "pass" or "fail" for the corresponding scholarship students based on the review content and evaluation. In principle, students who achieve a score of 60 or above in the annual review will be deemed to have passed. After approval by the school, students may continue to enjoy the scholarship. Students who score below 60 in the quantitative evaluation of the annual review will be deemed to have failed. The working group will propose to suspend or revoke scholarship eligibility based on the qualitative evaluation of the annual review and the students' actual performance, which will be implemented after approval by the school.
Students with any of the following circumstances will be deemed to have failed the annual review and their eligibility to enjoy the international student scholarship will be suspended for one year:
1. Those who are required to repeat a grade or be demoted due to failing the assessment.
2. Those whose courses have not met the required credits for two consecutive years.
3. Those who have been placed on probation.
4. Other behaviors that lead to the suspension of the scholarship eligibility.
Students whose scholarship eligibility is suspended will have their scholarships discontinued from the start of the next academic year. However, they may apply to continue studying at the school at their own expense in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school. Before the end of the suspension period, they may apply to participate in the annual review of that year. If they pass the review and the school approves, their scholarships may be reinstated from the next academic year, except if the originally scheduled scholarship period has expired.
Students with any of the following circumstances will be deemed to have failed the annual review, and their eligibility to enjoy the scholarship will be revoked:
1. Those who have been ordered to withdraw from or expelled from school.
2. Those who failed the annual review twice during their study at the school.
3. Those who do not participate in the annual review without a valid reason.
4. Those who have engaged in serious illegal or disciplinary violations with negative impact.
5. Other behaviors that lead to the revocation of the scholarship eligibility.
Students whose eligibility to enjoy the international student scholarship is revoked will have their scholarships discontinued from the date of announcement, and their eligibility will not be restored. They may apply to continue studying at the school at their own expense in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school, and the decision will be based on the school's approval of the application.
