各位国际学生：
大家好!暑假即将结束，现将各年级开学计划公布，详见下表。

请各位同学，对照自己的所在年级和入专业年份，按规定时间返校。返校时间还没有确定的，请耐心等学校进一步通知。此次返校的同学，须满足3个条件：1、所在年级秋学期须返校；2、目前人在中国境内；3、在宿舍内有房间。
目前住在校外的同学，如果在校外无固定住所需要返校，必须申请在8月8日-9日返校。在南京有固定住所的同学，可以继续住在租住地。
按学校要求须返校的同学，请尽快联系公寓管理员老师申请返校。请尽快规划行程，按规定时间返校，并按要求到达指定大门查验入校。在规划完行程后，向公寓管理员老师提供准确的返校行程和具体时间安排（须签署附件一，并完成附件二）；按学校要求须返校，但因特殊原因无法返校的，必须向公寓管理员老师或CIS邮箱提交申请（须完成附件三，签署附件四），履行申请手续，退出所占用的床位；学校未要求返校，但因特殊原因申请返校的同学，须签署附件一，完成附件二、五，并提交给公寓管理员老师。

所有校内外国际学生，必须每日11:00之前完成健康申报。避免前往疫情中、高风险地区，尽量避免跨省旅行，如有情况，及时报告老师。

Notice for international students to return for autumn semester 2020

Dear international students:
Hello everyone! The summer vacation is coming to an end, and the opening plan for each grade is now announced, as detailed in the table below.

Students are requested to return to school according to the prescribed time, according to their grade and year of starting the major study. If your return time has not been determined, please wait patiently for further announcement. Students returning to school must meet three conditions: 1, you are in the required grade to return in the fall semester; 2, currently in China ;3, having a bed in the dormitory.
Students who currently live off campus should apply to return from August 8-9 if there is no fixed residence off campus. Students with a fixed residence in Nanjing can continue to live in a rented place.
Students who have to return to school according to the above requirements of SEU, please contact the apartment administrator to apply for return as soon as possible. Please plan the itinerary as soon as possible, return according to the prescribed time, and arrive at the designated gate as required. After planning the itinerary, provide the apartment administrator with an accurate back-to-SEU schedule and specific time schedule (annex 1 must be signed and annex 2 completed); for whom are required to return but are unable to do so due to special reasons, it is necessary to submit an application to the apartment administrator or CIS mailbox (annex 3 must be completed and annex 4 signed), complete the application procedure and check-out from the occupied dorm bed; for whom are not requested to return but applies for returning due to special reasons, it is necessary to sign annex 1, complete annexes 2&5 and submit it to the apartment administrator.
International students who are currently abroad are temporarily unable to return to SEU. please wait for the latest notice from CIS and keep close contact with your academic faculty and tutor. All international students in and out of campus must complete the health declaration by 11:00 daily. Avoid travel to the epidemic middle-high-risk areas, avoid cross-provincial travel, if any, report to the teacher.
